IXP3's Code of Ethics Policy
IXP3 believes ethical policy is derived from deeply held values. The officers and stakeholders of the company have a history of maintaining high ethical standards in their organisations. This has translated into the highest standards of ethical, non discriminatory and confidential conduct in all our dealings.
Our high standard of ethical behaviour protects the interests of our staff, clients, candidates and suppliers. We encourage our staff to maintain the same high level of ethical standards in their personal lives in order to ensure consistent outcomes in their dealings with all people.
The culture of IXP3 is very much one of oppenness and transparency and consequently the company does not have the structure to support any ethical breaches. We are one of the very few Consulting and Recruitment companies which trusts its staff implicitly. This is evidenced by the oppennes of our information systems and the transparancy of our operations to our clients and candidates.
IXP3 supports global ethical initiatives such as :
- Equal respect for all human beings
- Protection of the environment
- Equal opportunity
- Freedom of expression
- Right to personal privacy
To facilitate our very high ethical standards, IXP3 observes the following procedures and ethics:
- We strive to avoid any possible conflict of interest with all our clients.
- We will ensure that internal policing of ethical standards is constantly executed by the officers of IXP3.
- We advise our existing clients when we intend to work with a competitive client. If we cannot agree on an ethical strategy with our existing clients then we will not work with the new client. Wherever possible we will appoint to each new client an account team which does not have an existing competitive client in the same industry or niche.
- Client information is unreservedly maintained confidential. We will not pass on our existing client information to any other client without the express written consent of our existing client.
- We do not directly approach employees from existing clients in order to place these employees with other clients.
- We will only accept an application from a staff member of a client organisation where they apply directly for a role we have advertised.
- Employees from existing clients who approach IXP3 for employment are assured that their application will be treated confidentially.
- If any applicant applies for more than one position then they will be considered for all of the positions applied for. If such an applicant is shortlisted or has had a written offer then that applicant will not be considered for other roles until the client who has made the written offer has confirmed their rejection of that applicant.
